We have an immediate opening in the Securities & Finance practice in our New York City office for an experienced Associate Analyst/Analyst.
We're looking for candidates who have demonstrated success through academic and professional achievements in economics, finance, or related fields such as accounting, statistics, and computer science. Individuals should enjoy solving analytical and empirical problems and have exceptional creative and critical thinking skills, as well as excellent oral and written communications skills.
Responsibilities may include: designing and building quantitative models and applying econometric analysis to economic and financial data; valuation analyses; reviewing, summarizing, and analyzing industry trends; creating trial exhibits and presentation materials; writing code for complex data analysis; participating in client meetings; and drafting memos and expert reports. There is little to no travel involved with the position.
Researcher Qualifications: Applicants applying for this position must have a Bachelors or Masters in statistics, finance, economics, financial engineering, or a related field, with a strong background in financial and econometrics modeling. One to three years of experience working in an investment bank, agency or economic consulting firm is preferred.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $118,000 per year.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
